Since its establishment in 2013 by Vasili Stamatis—a pilot whose dream was to bring a true taste of Greece to Hong Kong—Santorini Restaurants has been delivering authentic Aegean flavors to the city. Last year, (Panos the chef ) joined the team, bringing over 20 years of experience as a chef in steakhouses and high-end restaurants across Asia.
