Born and raised in Greece, I grew up immersed in the warmth of family-owned restaurants and hotels, where the kitchen was always alive with the aromas of fresh ingredients, shared meals, and genuine Greek hospitality—philoxenia at its core. From a young age, the world of food felt like home, sparking a lifelong passion for cooking.
At 18, I left Greece to chase my dreams, heading to the UK to study and train in the demanding world of professional kitchens. There, I honed my skills in high-end and Michelin-starred restaurants, learning precision, technique, and the art of elevating simple ingredients into something extraordinary.
Seeking new horizons, I moved to Asia over 20 years ago, where I thrived as a corporate chef in prestigious high-end restaurants and steakhouses across the region. This journey culminated in 2020 when I opened my own restaurant in Shenzhen— a bold step that proved my vision for blending global expertise with authentic flavors.
Now, in Hong Kong, I’ve joined forces with Vasili Stamatis at the Santorini Group to create something truly unique: a Greek steakhouse that marries premium dry-aged and wet-aged steaks, innovative dry-aged fish, and classic Greek specialties with unwavering consistency—the key ingredient I’ve always stood by. Every dish is crafted with care, using top-quality ingredients to deliver not just great food, but that timeless Greek philoxenia: warm, welcoming hospitality that makes every guest feel like family.
